How to avoid a mold problem in your building

Every property manager, building engineer and business owners should take mold in their building seriously. That is why keeping up with the maintenance of the property is so important. A small mold problem can turn into a disaster if it remains unaddressed (or undiscovered).

Mold loves to grow where there is excessive moisture and it can be found almost anywhere, on wood, carpet, insulation, drywall, etc. The best advice we can give is to fix the leak or the source of the moisture problem, when you control the moisture, you can control the mold growth. It is important to clean the affected areas within the first 24 to 48 hours to prevent mold growth.
